Finding good value on 3G Internet mobile phone plans can be difficult if you do not shop around. Many of the larger providers offer quite expensive 3G Internet mobile phone plans. For instance, Telstra mobile phone plans and Optus mobile phone plans for 3G Internet can be quite costly, though they also have a larger network coverage than many other providers.

Sometimes, mobile phone plans will be packaged with bonus 3G Internet data. This can be excellent value, though it is usually only available on higher priced capped plans. Nevertheless, the overall costs of such packages often offer far better value than separate 3G Internet mobile phone plans and regular mobile phone plans taken out together.
